Multiplex Station

The finest, most innovative station on the market. Whatever your pest management needs—control of rodents, insect pests (crawling and flying), or both—the Multiplex Station can help you deliver the results you desire. The strong, double-walled construction provides durability, while the full lid is well-supported by interior partition walls for additional strength (the lid can even be replaced if it becomes damaged). The station’s heavy construction and lighter color mean that it stays cooler, and open doorways and an inner ramp mean that it stays drier.

The Multiplex Station also offers exceptional flexibility, so it can be used in the most effective manner to meet your individual needs. For example, the low profile design permits placement in areas with limited clearance. In fact, the Multiplex Station is engineered with more than 20 innovative features to provide not only durability and flexibility, but also many other advantages.

Easy to Service

The Multiplex Station lid tips back and stays there without needing to be held, freeing up both hands. It opens quickly with a special key at a single catch point, greatly reducing time to service. Removable trays facilitate cleaning and bait application. Service cards are securely held in both vertical and horizontal positions inside the station or attached to an exterior loop when needed.

Data Capture

Each station can be bar-coded so handheld units can be used to capture data. The SecureChoice™ Knowledge Management System powered by ePM™ can provide true efficiencies and powerful web-based information access. Observations on pest activity from the Multiplex Station, as well as other account areas, are just a click away from easy incorporation into your database for reports and can even be accessed by your customers.
Tamper-Resistant Features

Special key is needed to open the station.
Knock-outs and drill-out areas can be used for fastening it down with stakes or cable.
Flat bottom aids use of adhesive where desired (for mounting to patio blocks, concrete, etc.).
Baffles are present between station entrances and the bait.
Bait rods and bait chambers offer bait security.
Bait placed on rods is firmly locked in position when the station lid is closed.

A Full Choice of Interior Materials
With the Multiplex Station, you have a wide range of options. For rodents, use bait, traps, glue boards, monitoring material, or a combination of these.
Rodents don’t have to step up, over, or on plastic to enter the station, because the floor at the entrance is removed (and there is a knockout option to extend this feature inward where desired).
Water is not trapped in the inside entry way.
Rodent lure compartments are available if lures are desired to further attract rodents inside.
Mount Rodenticide Bait Blocks Vertically or Horizontally
From one block for occasional mouse infestations to a full pound of WeatherBlok® XT rodenticide on vertical rods for clean out of heavy rat infestations, the choice is yours. Bait rods are firmly locked in place when the lid closes. Specialized areas for mouse snap traps are on both sides of the station. If you choose, combine blocks, traps, glueboards, or bait packs to suit your needs. Additional features?
A standard 3/4-inch binder clip works well to fasten a bait pack to an interior wall.
Moisture resistance for rodent baits is increased with the ramp and raised vertical rod bases (to a full inch clearance for “flood resistance”).
The removable tray in the rodent bait area aids cleaning and does not require rodents to step over a lip or edge.
Exclusive Rat Excluder Doors
When both rats and mice are present, use a Multiplex Station rat excluder door in an interior position so that mouse-specific control materials, such as a trap, can be provided while keeping other station areas open for rat materials, such as bait. In this way, rats won’t accidentally trip the mousetrap and become shy of the station, yet mice can be caught.
Station Areas Targeting Crawling Arthropod Pests
For these pests, station areas are available for use of baits or monitors. Pests such as cockroaches and crickets are channeled to these areas, which are inaccessible to rodents. Apply granular or liquid baits in the removable tray in the crawling insect chamber along the wall side—or monitor with the use of a small insect glue-trap monitor.
Cockroach Bait Stations Can Be Easily Mounted
Simply mount them on the underside of the station lid within the “station square” so that they are readily accessible by roaches when the lid is closed.
Ants Are Controlled As Well
Commercial baits for ants can be applied in removable trays placed in the interior of the station. Ants can enter by their own entrances, channeled by raised ridges to the interior bait compartments.
Flying Insect Monitoring and Control
Flies can be controlled by inserting a fly lure in the inner compartment behind the latch and applying residual insecticide (such as Demand® CS insecticide) to the station lid. This allows the Multiplex Station to function as an effective fly-killing device. For stored product pests, species-specific pheromone lures can be installed in the molded receptacles on the underside of the Multiplex Station lid, and glue traps can be placed in the station to trap individuals attracted to the lures.
